We recommend that an HR team member serves as the cohort facilitator, allowing HR to guide and coach managers within your organization. Alternatively, a senior leader or even one of the cohort managers can take on the facilitator role.
Unless the facilitator prefers to preview the modules in advance, no prep work is required—the workbook and video lessons will guide you through each module in real-time with ease. We suggest scheduling 60-90 minutes for each module to allow time for cohort discussion and practical application.

If you're having trouble streaming the lessons through the videoconferencing platform, participants can log in and watch the lessons simultaneously while muted, then regroup for discussion afterward.
