How it works:

1. Train Cohort Facilitators

After selecting your facilitators, they’ll attend one of our virtual “Train the Trainer” sessions to get equipped with the tools and confidence they need to guide their cohorts successfully.

2. Launch Your Cohorts

Form small groups of 4-10 managers. Each participant will get their own program login to access video modules and materials in one easy-to-use platform. Cohort facilitators will set a schedule that works for their group, tackling one module at a time.

3. Watch Leaders Grow

With the right structure and support, your managers will build confidence, foster camaraderie, and apply key leadership practices—becoming the kind of leaders people want to follow.
