  • Delegation is a vital part of management, but few have mastered the art of doing it well. In this module, we walk through the seven most common downfalls of delegation, then explore a step-by-step checklist that will help you avoid these downfalls as you practice effective delegation on your team.

  • You want talented employees who boldly overcome obstacles to deliver results; and they want and need a leader who serves as their coach—someone who sets them up for success, develops their skills, and believes in their ability to succeed. In this module, you'll learn ways to shift from fixer to coach, plus critical coaching best practices for leading your employees toward greater awareness, ownership, and performance.

  • Providing timely and effective feedback—both positive and constructive—strengthens relationships, increases engagement, and transforms performance. But it’s hard to do well. This module will prepare you to confidently deliver brain-friendly feedback that’s productive and meaningful.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a program registration is cancelled within 30 days of purchase, it is 100% refundable and will be credited to the form of payment used in the initial transaction.

If a program registration is cancelled more than 30 days after purchase, the registration fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new participant within 30 days of cancellation.
